  • Export itineraries into shareable links, PDFs, or Google Maps routes.

We do not provide booking services (flights, hotels, tours). You are responsible for verifying any details before making reservations or relying on itinerary recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate trip information.
  • Verify itinerary details such as opening hours, safety, and reservations.
  • Comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect (Pinterest, Google, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Not use the Service for unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some itineraries, recommendations, and trip notes are generated using artificial intelligence. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. Always verify details independently. We are not responsible for reliance on AI-generated content.

5. User Content & Licenses

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload or import.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for providing the Service.
  • We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics and service improvement.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload offensive, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Circumvent security or access restrictions.

7. Payments & Future Features

Currently, the Service is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscriptions, or paid servicesin the future. Payment terms and refund policies will be updated accordingly at that time.

  • Lost profits or business opportunities.
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated itineraries.
  • Failures or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Pinterest, Google Maps).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts located in Washington.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
